Responsibilities include:
• Reports to the SVP of Finance
• Conducting and overseeing financial analyses, including the development of detailed financial and operating models, valuations and ad hoc analyses as required by management
• Managing interaction with COMPANY business units and tax, accounting, legal, treasury and investor relations groups on transactions
• Staying abreast of current financial and operational issues impacting COMPANY consolidated and divisional performance
• Working closely with Associates to develop their analytical skills, industry knowledge and leadership abilities

Qualifications:
• BA degree minimum, MBA a plus
• 6-7 year’s investment banking/corporate finance experience or MBA with at least 3 years post-MBA investment banking/corporate finance experience
• Experience with food manufacture is a bonus
Strong M&A and transactional experience
• Superior financial and modeling skills with sound understanding of accounting
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication / interpersonal skills with a strong teamwork orientation
• Highly motivated with ability to multi-task
• Strong leadership and follow-through skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to think analytically
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
