International company with US headquarters in Dallas seeks a special SAP Systems Consultant to be part of an exciting global state-of-the-art IT team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in field related to IT or business administration
• Minimum 4 years of experience working/supporting an ERP: manufacturing/retail.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP functional configuration experience at least in two of the modules to support Manufacturing: Production Process, MPS/MRP, Inventory Management, Procurement, Quality, Plant Maintenance
• Strong understanding of the general operation and finance modules is also desirable, but not required.
• Experience in configuration and customization of logistics and material functions.
• Have participated in at least two implementation projects.
• Have participated in global template rollouts where configuration and servers are outside the country.
• Large company experience preferred.

Duties
• Plan, design, develop, and deploy efficient business, financial, and operations systems Gather/ analyze data to support: business cases, projects, and systems requirements.
• Generate and compile reports based on the findings.
• Develop and document operational and technical processes, transactions, functions, and procedures involving assigned SAP system modules
• Perform functional configuration, modification and testing tasks involving assigned SAP system modules to satisfy requests from end users for fixes, changes, and enhancements.
• Understand and facilitate the Help Desk (HD) problem management and resolution process for SAP-related incidents assigned to assigned application area, acting as 1st and 2nd level of support.
• Interfaces with functional process owners and users to identify, analyze problems and develop appropriate solutions. Define and document operational requirements, interpret and clarify functional configuration and process change requirements.
• Trains users and supports training in the usage of the functionality of assigned SAP system modules.
